Caroling With The Knockouts
The Knockouts had a beautiful December night on Saturday for Christmas caroling. About 20 members plus family and friends headed out to serenade Knollwood’s neighbors on Horseshoe Bend. Dudley and Forest were both dressed for the occasion with bells, bow, and lights.
Thanks to Wendy, Forest was even sporting a new polar fleece snuggie and elf hat to keep him warm after his recent body clip. Some horses may have been embarassed, but Forest is never tired of extra attention, so he enjoyed his holiday outfit.
The carolers were loud and enthusiastic while accompanied by Micki on the viola, a new instrument for the group which had formerly only used accordians!
Neighbors look forward to the annual event, and several of them had cookies and hot chocolate for the carolers as well as carrots for Forest and Dudley.
Special thanks to Savannah and Alex who served as Dudley’s personal assistants,
and to Vicki who served as liaison between Forest and his adoring fans.
The Knollwood Knockouts wish everyone a very Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year. We’re always looking for new members, so come join the fun with us in 2012!
